Join us for FOCO FLAVA’s Summer Open Training every Monday night at Colorado State University’s Lory Student Center! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this is your space to grow, create, and connect through movement. Bring your crew or come solo—everyone is welcome!

These sessions are free, community-based, and open to all styles of dance. Whether you're into breaking, freestyle, or just looking to move and meet others, our open training is the perfect place to stay active and inspired all summer long.
